Pls Include Name, Email Address, Membership Number, State and Topics required. You are welcome to purchase more than one topic at a time via mail.

How do I resume a topic I have purchased in a previous session

 
  1. Simply log back in making sure you enter the exact same membership number as entered previously.
  2. In main menu click on "VIEW TOPICS"
  3. You should see white "VIEW" links beside the topics you have purchased. If not contact technical support

 

 Can I print the tutorial?

Due to copyright you cannot print or reproduce any of the tutorials or questions. You may only print your professional development record.

 I can't view the tutorial

 

Tutorials are provided in two formats for compatibility. Try clicking on the alternative format ( Flash or HTML). To view FLASH format you may need to download FLASH player for your PC (especially if your PC is more than 2 years old). Download FLASH by clicking here

Make sure you give your computer a good 60 seconds to load the tutorial. If you are on dial-up and have selected FLASH, you may have to wait a number of minutes but the tutorial should eventually appear. If it doesn't, and you have tried everything else, Contact technical support

 

OK, I've studied the tutorial and am now ready to do the assessment but don't know how to get back to it

Simply close the tutorial by clicking on the top right cross. You should now see the menu: View Tutorial / Attempt Assessment. If you don't see this:
  1. Simply log back in making sure you enter the exact same membership number as entered previously.
  2. In main menu click on "VIEW TOPICS"
  3. You should see white "VIEW" links beside the topics you have purchased. If not contact technical support
  4. Click VIEW and then you should see the "View Tutorial / Attempt Assessment menu"
  5. Click Attempt Assessment

 

I've made a typo or error when entering face to face training into my CPE record.

 We plan to provide a feature for you to edit your record but in the mean time simply send the changes to technical support. Contact technical support
